AIO is a Quebec non-profit organization that welcomes, guides and supports newly arrived individuals and families in the Outaouais.
Our role
Act as a local navigator, coordinator and support organization, complementing existing resources.
Our method
Listen, prioritize, build a plan, guide people to the right resource and follow up at 7, 30 and 90 days.
Our commitment
First contact, needs assessment, essential referrals and complaint management remain free. Optional social-rate services are explained transparently and may qualify for an exemption depending on the situation.
