Protection of personal information

Your privacy matters.

This page explains the rules applied to the public website while services are being prepared.

Information collected on this website

The needs navigator on the home page does not transmit your answers. When you submit a first request, the website records the information you entered: need, municipality, brief description, general status category, name, email, phone number and appointment preference.

The information-session form also collects identity, date of birth, address, general status in Canada and the consent choices you provide.

Why this information is used

It is used only to review your request, conduct a preliminary eligibility check, contact you, organize guidance or an appointment, prepare information sessions and display limited follow-up information using your confidential tracking number.

Follow-up and security

The public tracking page does not display your name, contact information or description of your situation. Keep your tracking number secure. Documents cannot be uploaded through this process.

Communication by phone or email

Do not send identity, immigration, banking or medical documents until the team has provided appropriate instructions.

External services

Links to Facebook, external organizations and resources, and government services lead to websites with their own privacy practices.

Questions or requests about your information

To ask a question or request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected] or call +1 873-660-8432. Include your tracking number without sending sensitive documents.

Institutional policy to be adopted

Before full operations begin, the board of directors must confirm the person responsible for privacy, retention periods, internal access, incident handling and the complaint process.
